I WANT TO LEARN MORE
Caregiving is a journey, no one should walk it alone.
I’m a licensed occupational therapist with experience in acute care and inpatient rehab. I’ve led countless family training sessions to prepare caregivers for the transition home. These sessions are important, but they’re not always enough.
- Not every facility offers them.
- They happen outside the real home environment.
- The toughest challenges often appear only after you’re home.
HomeBridge Network aims to bridge that gap. My goal is to be a virtual resource you can turn to at anytime— a supportive and knowledgeable guide in your back pocket as you navigate caregiving at home.Â

"This time last year, I was a frazzled mother of 2, just barely getting by. Thanks to Taylor’s courses, I’m a happier, healthier person for myself and my family."
